      Arlene Barnett, Licensed Conveyancer (NSW Fair Trading) Certified Practicising Conveyancer (Australia Institute Of Conveyancers NSW) Justice of the Peace, (J.P)

      Originally from New Delhi India of Anglo Indian background, Arlene is conversant in Hindi. She is also familiar with the Indian culture, which enables her in reducing the cultural barriers when facilitating the process of selling or buying of your family home or business.  

      Arlene specialises in a number of different types of Property and Conveyancing procedures. The skills have been acquired over the years and whilst working with leading bankers in administration and certification capacity. She has worked within large corporate companies in area of company and business law and for various legal practitioners/developers.

      In 1992 the Conveyancing Act was passed allowing this area of law to become an independent profession no longer requiring a solicitor to perform the legal work associated with selling and buying property.

      Arlene has completed the Conveyancing Law & Practice course from Macquarie University in 1996. She remained in employment with a legal firm till commencement of private practice in 2003.

      With over 30 years’ experience in preparation of various contracts, agreements and leases Arlene’s expertise in negotiating has developed and she provides an efficient above average level of service with an eye to detail for all projects undertaken.

      Tara Barnett

      Proudly born and raised on the Central Coast, Tara currently resides with her family in the picturesque suburb of Forresters Beach.

      Over the years Tara has forged successful careers in real estate, selling and marketing residential properties on the coast, whilst also working in the conveyancing sector within her family business.

      In 2010 Tara made the conscious decision to formalise her qualifications in conveyancing licensing, enrolling into Macquarie University where she graduated in 2013 with commendable results in all subjects.

      To her work Tara brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding combined with a personable and caring attitude which will guide you step by step through the sometimes complex process of conveyancing.
